amazon seller performance not responding

I've been selling on amazon for over 6 years now and I have never experienced Seller-Performance so SLOW at responding. It's been over a week now I have not gotten any response at all.

Anyone having this issue?

Was your account suspended, deleted, or is it still functioning? Seller Performance usually responds in a couple of days, but sometimes if they don't want to respond they will simply never respond.

I think your right, a counterfeit seller is on my clients listings and he has been getting away with it for about 3 weeks. He's also on some big brands listings as well and Seller performance has yet to take him down. Shocking.
