Amazon Inventory problems
 

I have multiple listings and items that I sent into Amazon FBA. Those specific items are coming with the errors "No listing exists for this inventory item. Learn More, No Amazon-fulfilled listing exists for this inventory item. Learn More" and Amazon changes my item to fulfilled by merchant.

Amazon HAS these products. I've tried to convert to Amazon FBA from the manage inventory page and change the number available. It says it will update in 15 minutes.

I've been trying to fix this for days and Amazon chat is useless as they tell me the same thing but it's not working. I don't know what to do

Don't use chat, send an e mail via seller central help

If "convert to AZ fulfillment" doesn't work (try 3 or 4 times) then you will need to contact seller support.
