Fastest/Cheapest Method of opening LLC?
For the past few months, my stealth account was pending tax information validation. I had opened a DBA for the business, but not a LLC. For the name, I entered the business name which it accepted at first, but now I have the notification that is telling me my tax information was not valid, so I am assuming for the DBA I can't just put the name of the company, it has to be the name of the person still.
The person name who opened the DBA IS NOT the same name as the registered owner of the account that was suspended. However, it is a person in the same household who never had a seller account, just a buyer account. I am pondering possibly trying to just put their name, but I am not sure if they can match by just same name as an account on the same IP as a suspended account. The address of the DBA is also not the same as the suspended account. Not sure if I want to risk the account possibly getting linked through the tax information.
If I do want to go the LLC route, what is the best way of obtaining one? I am from California, and I know how expensive it is here. Also, I have a little more than 3 weeks before they suspend my account if I don't provide the information. What will be the fastest and cheapest way of obtaining the LLC? I've heard good things about Nevada. |
