Appeal letter sent, how long to wait before sending another
 

Hi
I got suspended on the 18th, I sent appeal letter on the 21st and was told
I would hear back by the 22nd, I have not heard back yet.

I sent the appeal with the appeal button, should I just keep waiting, or how long until I should send to seller-performance and or Jeff?

I don't know if its better to wait or better to send.
They did say the 22nd, and it is the 26th, but I don't want to make anyone mad, thats for sure.

Let me know your thoughts, I miss Amazon..

and I am finishing up my stealth tonight.
I have been busy learning VMware and 24vc etc.

24vc is amazing, Im still trying to figure out ISO for VMware so it work.

Seller Performance can be flaky. Sometimes you get a quick response and other times, it is like they forgot about you.

I think a nice, polite letter would be in order, asking them if here is anything else they need to review your case. I understand that you don't want to push it too hard, but I don't think a polite letter would hurt your chances.

hint: send your appeal letter and send the same letter to seller performance, mine got done in 45 mins. back on!

in terms of ISO, linux is pretty good for me. :) free and legal.

Wait, Seller Performance is backed up right now. Seller Support confirmed it. A huge suspension must be on their plate for certain categories or something like that because they are awfully slow responding to appeals right now. Don't keep sending follow ups until a few weeks go by or you may get the dreaded no further communication response from them.

Superfly, oh no, I did send one (before reading that!) but will not send anymore.
They should probably not keep telling people to expect to hear back in 24 hours (that was on the 21st!), then we expect it...but hey, what can we do.
I will just continue to wait now.

If it is your first appeal, you could probably send anything and they will re instate you if its just based on feedback or shipping.
I didnt even send them an appeal letter and I got a letter saying " thanks for sending us the infor we asked for" Youre re instated. All just a big run around.

I did get my first AZ stealth up and running so just listing and waiting and going
to work on building this one as well.

Someday they will get back to me, and hopefully with good news.
