Seller Support Response Time?
 

Has anyone had issues lately contact seller support? They removed two of my listings for being "inauthentic," which is completely invalid claim. I have sent them invoices and certificates from the company proving the authenticity of the products.

It has been over a week and half now that I have got nothing but automated response saying that they received my email and messages say that the case is being investigated.

Sorry to say but this is pretty standard, it can take 30 days, just drop them a reminder

Seller Performance response time varied between "Whenever they get around to it" to "Whenever they feel like it".

Just one more reason why it is so important to have more than one account.

seller support team went for a holiday i guess.

Have not gotten any responses from Amazon for few days now.. What's going on!

yes, if its just seller support then its normal atleast 3 days lately...I can only assume for the summer they did a major cutback on staff.. Past weeks tickets are taken 2-4 days when in the past it took them 1 day.

I honestly believe that AZ has some internal accounts ranking system I usually get answers 3-5 hours or max next day! But 12 days is crazy!!!

Been around 2 weeks now, still no response from Amazon. What should I do?

Send them a 'kind' reminder or call them to open a ticket.

I sent them another email asking for an update, they replied in 30 minutes telling me that I need to send invoices.

I have already sent them the same god damn invoices 3 times over the past 2 weeks trying to resolve this issue and they keep asking me for the invoices again. There is seriously something very ****ed up with their system.
