Account suspended 2 weeks ago now account now closed
 

Hi about 2 weeks ago my account was suspended for being linked to a previously closed account. i had ran this account for about 10-12 weeks and when they suspended my selling priveledges i had 4000 in my account.

after a few refunds the balance was about 3800 now i cant log nto my account i have tried changing password thinking it was that but no i cant access the account. so i have called up amazon they are sayng account is on hold and a certan department will contact you whch i think is a pack of lies. i have a lot of money iin the department any help on who to contact or if ths has happened to anyone previously . HELP Please!

sounds like it may have been deleted.

I did call them up it came up on they system saying a certain department account something have put it into hold.

has anyone elses ever been deleted and is there anyway to get my money?

or any specific number to call.

Your account has been deleted pal. Search on here for info.

Some people have got money from deleted accounts, but it is not guaranteed.

did you have a bank account that was connected to the account before it was deleted

Yes i have the bank account. Is there anyway of getting my money back.

Well Buddy, that e mail is very good news. Usually if you cannot log in the money is lost and no correspondence. Just wait the 90 days and hope you get your money. Nothing else you can do.

Bartalion, if you loose 4k we shall all rejoice, why have you such an attitude, as Tony says £4k to some people is a fortune.

what the hell are you talking about? he did not lose any money . 90 days and he will get paid. everybody gets paid if they contact proper dept with email Amazon want to hear and they info is not bogus and business is legit.

I lost way more than £4k until I figure out the way to the money..

if theyve emailed to confirm and if you have a bank account on file
then after 90 days youll get the funds but they will not be remitted automatically
youll have to message them once again and theyll transfer it

Deleted rarely get there money if ever, suspend always do.

If you say different please explain your methods as people on this forum have lost ,millions of $

You are actually VERY lucky, the fact that you even got a response is a miracle, let alone a response that is indicative of you actually getting your money in 90 days. My experience with deleted accounts here in the U.S. is simple,,,END of discussion,,,NO response to emails, NO satisfaction on the phone,,,NOTHING!!!,,,,so consider yourself VERY Lucky,,,

BLAWAL, just try one thing, try to log onto to amazon with a different browser, let me know. Sometimes your browser can cause this issue.

Hi i have tried different browser same issue, on phone i was told by yhem account is on hold snd account specialist team will contact me. I feel i should call them again and chase them up as customers cant contact me cant send ne email so infeel it is deleted but i have had response from them what should be my next step.

You could send an e mail to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk asking for more info regarding your account, (maybe managing-director@amazon.co.uk). This will get you to an account specialist.
In all honesty I would say your account is dead, but looks like you will get your funds.
Time to start again.
