can Amzn see the name on LLC
 

got an suspended account in my name, going to do the LLC deal; is there any way for amzn to see my name on the LLC

Hi, no amazon cannot see the real name on an LLC. They will only see the business name and and make sure it matches with the EIN #. Under name (not business name) you can put whatever you want, make one up.

Im not even sure if they can see the name of the LLC to be honest with you. I know they cant see the name on an EIN for sole prop.

Actually... This is not the case.

Amazon or you and I can see any owners if we choose to look it up.

But a Sole Proprietor actually links directly back to the individual.

Oh. Good to know.

I was using stealth account with EIN and they didnt check it. I dont think they would manually check it anyway. If it gets you past the verification, thats all that matters Id think.

My question is with my new LLC. . . .

the EIN document from the IRS came back with:

company name
my name as sole member
address

So. . . . does Amazon see all that when EIN matching?

Business name must match exactly to the EIN. That is it

All info is public records. You are legally able to see who owns a business etc.

BUT. For this thread. Amazon doesnt devote the resources to check these manually unless they have a good reason to.

Like they said, pass the verification phase start selling. Ship off the items and in a timely manner.
If you want to get the review phase out of the way, sell 1500 worth of items in a month.
Stay under the radar and stay under 750 a month. The account will last a very long time.

Or do FBA. If your items that you FBA are good, as described and not foo foo, they won't bother you.

I was FBA before my suspension, with a 100% customer satisfaction rating and authentic products.

The forums say that one must start very slowly.

But since EVERYTHING I have is new and legit, should I sell like crazy and get the review over?

Suspended because I was accused of selling counterfeit products.
Not true. . . .I had the receipts from my purchases directly from the USA manufacturer .
