Amazon - Take away competitor's listing on my listing.
 

To be honest, I'm selling vero items on Amazon. But I make my own design and pretty unique and good quality. But from one day, the sales is going down and today, I just make 1 order. OMG!.
Now, I found out what happened. This one guy from Hong Kong attached listings to all of my listings. I'm sure the quality and design will not be the same.
But I cannot file that to Amazon because the item that I'm selling is also f@ke.
Is there anyway to remove his listing on my listing??

and what will happen if a customer bought his product and leave a review with "f@ke" word?? Will it affect me, too??

Thats like a heroine dealer going to the cops because a competitor stole your drugs.

Do a test buy of the product and find some features in their one thats not identical to the product your selling and report that.

You dont need to file a notice of infringement claim, just a standard test buy will do and then submit this evidence to amazon. Regardless of the authenticity of the item your selling, if its been customised 100% chances are the competitor wont be selling exactly the same item which is in breach of amazons' selling policies.

What is the item? ASIN? Is it on Amazon UK?

I do not recommend anyone selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but there is a way to remove the other seller without getting Amazon involved. But they could quickly just go back onto the listing

Can you change the description to make it a combo offer? Maybe in that way your competitor will sell a lot of mismatched items...

We were banned from Amazon on many occasions just because of simple & stupid e-mails from buyers, stating something like "at first glance, i thought the drink expired", another time, "my friend bought ⊗⊗⊗⊗ DVD from another seller".

Amazon's robots are smart, but not humans. You could lose your account anytime!
