These are old news. I have been preaching for several months now
that indeed the world will come to an end on September 23rd 2015, that is
about two weeks from now. Not making this **** up. Even all mighty youtube
says so.

I find Ebay the hardest to set up. So many things to get past. If your name and address doesnt match public records, you will more than likely have to call and answer questions. Then,,,,you have to link it to paypal. Verify this, verify that, verify a phone, add bank account and credit card. WTF.
Amazon used to be simple. Still trying to get past the new credit card thing. Maybe thats what he is talking about. Maybe the new security team implemented this.

I have seen some changes with amazon buying accounts also. So who know. But within the last 3 months, Amazon has kept me locked out of creating new accounts.

I made three new accounts today. Less than 30 minutes total.

Use a REAL credit card or debit card. It is quite simple. I have dozens of debit cards and each one will eventually be an account.

No. REAL bank debit cards. The ones you get when you have a checking account.

ZIP CODE must match. So if your debit card address is in
123 Fast Lane
Anywhere City, 12345

Your stealth will be at any other address in the same zip code 12345 to work using real credit/debit cards.

So you can't use vanilla cards? Can't u just register those debit cards to whatever address u want?

Amazon blocked vanilla and pretty much all other gift cards.

You can edit your bank address to another that you may need. Just keep in mind it needs to stay that way to pass the test charge at every distribution. I do this with online banks that I dont use a branch. Once I receive the debit cards I edit the address to another city etc...to spread accounts.

DO NOT EDIT a credit card address because credit cards report addresses to the credit bureaus.

Hmmm, so I guess those mastercards that I can manually add address is out of the question huh.

Only the zip needs to match. Not the full address. Just being clear.

MOST prepaid and gift cards don't work now.

The marketplace may have options.

Well, I guess that means I have to get a VCC then. Want to create accounts from places farther than my zip code. Too bad though, ebay makes it so much easier. But of course, they could be difficult too with their public database questions and what not.

Well, operating eBay stealth and creating it seems to be less problematic in comparison to Amazon stealth, so I doubt that ever happened.
