Different names - 1 letter is enough ?
 

Hi there

In amazon's eyes, if a person's name is John Smith(banned) and he registers with John Snith is the difference enough to surpass their security system ? (all other details are changed-IP,different address,even different country,different computer,bank acc,etc)

OR I can use the same name if all other details are changed ?

I would use the same name unless the name is really unique, but variations wouldn't hurt. John D. Smith could be under D. Smith or D John Smith and rotate around. No big deal.

The thing is that I need to upload docs for amz eu, that's why it would have been better to use the same name,less hassle .

If that is your plan, when you upload the documents amazon will say there is a difference in the spelling and to amend in seller central. Everything has to be exact for the verification.
