Amazon india

Has anyone tried it or thinking about trying it. Prices are low but they seem to be growing fast.

With their population, I think that India is going to be one of the HUGE growth stories over the next 50 years. The US was once the fastest growing economy in the world, but those days are over. The US is still very IMPORTANT, but the big stories of small operations growing to thousands of employees in a short period of time will be coming more and more from India and China.

Yeah it's along those lines that I was thinking. It's clearly going to take them a long time to get to Amazon.com level but I've seen sellers on their with 27k feedback a month and Amazon at one pint were reporting 500% growth month on month. It just seems a pain to set up

For me Barry its to cheap. The products I sell are licensed and I cannot compete against goods that are locally licensed within India. Very similar situation to Mexico.

Yeah I get that. It's pretty much what I'm trying to decide right now. I think I could make it work. Mexico doesn't look worth it tho

I saw India and Japan are becoming lucrative, I haven't had a chance to get my feet wet yet but have trouble driving traffic on amazon, and my guy for that I can't get in touch with right now so I'm sh***t out of luck
