| Wafflehouse | 09-16-2015 10:13 AM | Amazon Global Seller So now we have amz accounts for sale, but it appear for USA accts, you still need a USA bank to withdraw to.
What about the global sellers currency exchange?
It seems to indicate you can open up an account in a new marketplace and use an out of area bank, provided it is on their supported list of countries. The only caveat being you may have to provide information for tax purposes.
Is anyone doing this, and can explain it to me? My end goal would be to withdraw to a Euro bank.
Thanks |
| Callidus | 09-16-2015 10:46 AM | Re: Amazon Global Seller Do you already have the EURO bank? If so what country is it in?
If you don't, then get a Payoneet card and contact them for a German IBAN number. They will provide the account info |
| Wafflehouse | 09-16-2015 11:59 AM | Re: Amazon Global Seller Thanks, didn't know payoneer could be done without providing accurate info.
So as far as the global seller withdrawal/disbursement, using a euro bank on an USA account works? |

You can get disbursement from any amazon account in the world to an amazon recognised banking territory. So if you have a HK bank all amazon payments can be set to that account. |

My confusion came from seeing amazon accounts for sale here that stated you still needed a USA bank to withdraw.
Good to know there are other options. |
| ifox007 | 09-17-2015 08:23 AM | Re: Amazon Global Seller I can see that the more amz selling accts for sale the worse 3rd party sellers get. it will ruin us very soon.
here is an example: before, you can use prepaid debit card with checking acct attached for PayPal funds withdrawal, NOW all prepaid checking accts are completly blocked. Amz will do the same thing as we all know that most gift card/ prepaid BIN are no longer working with acct verification.
I don't understand why ASPKIN allows people to sell amz seller accts in the marketplace. |
| Callidus | 09-17-2015 08:43 AM | Re: Amazon Global Seller That's what stealth is! Things get over abused and blocked, you just find new ways of doing the same things. Since the forum started, 8 years ago or more, the forum is still here and things have had to change MASSIVELY. If you had told users when they first joined the forum 8 years ago it was going to be like it is today (limitations, eBays rules, PayPal's rules, prepaid cards blocked etc etc) everyone would of chucked the towel in.
Instead of moaning about it, spend the time looking for NEW ways to adapt because there are plenty out there. |

| Taking The Micky | 09-18-2015 02:10 AM | Re: Amazon Global Seller You can use countries that amazon accept within seller central.
Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers is an optional service that allows existing sellers on the Amazon.com website who have a bank account in a country supported by Amazon to be paid directly into their local bank account in United States Dollars (USD), Great British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), Australian Dollars (AUD), New Zealand Dollars (NZD), Indian Rupees (INR), Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and Canadian Dollars (CAD). U.S. sellers selling on other Amazon marketplaces (amazon.ca, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.es, amazon.fr, fr and/or amazon.it) are also able to get paid into their U.S. bank account, in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If you have a bank account in the U.K. or a country within the eurozone (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain), you can sell on Amazon.com and be paid electronically in the local currency of your bank account (British Pounds for the U.K. and Euros for a country within the eurozone) |
Re: Amazon Global Seller Has anyone tried a Euro currency bank account but not in Eurozone, ie Poland? |

So does this or does this not mean I can use a Polish IBAN with an amz.com account?
"If you’d prefer not to open an account in the country of another Amazon marketplace, you have the option of using Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers (ACCS). With ACCS, you can be paid directly in your local bank account in local currency, provided you have a bank account in a country supported by Amazon. Regardless of the country in which you reside, you may only receive payment to a bank account in a country and currency supported by ACCS."
EDIT:
IF it does, I suspect the amz.com account would have to be opened with polish address/info. Meaning I probably can't pick up a USA stealth and add a polish IBAN. I hear this is still up in the air... anyone discussing it elsewhere? |
| Taking The Micky | 09-18-2015 06:24 PM | Re: Amazon Global Seller The bank account has to be a country supported by ACCS. Poland is not in that list. |

Both the pages I linked to had Poland listed.... can you link the ACCS list if those are not it? |
| Taking The Micky | 09-19-2015 10:53 PM | Re: Amazon Global Seller Amazon decide on the ACCS. To get a exact answer just email seller support but I am 99% Poland sure you cannot disburse to Poland.
