Bank Accounts for Amazon.com (US)
 

Had a question about bank accounts for Amazon.com (US site) for sellers with multiple accounts.

Is there any way that if you have two bank accounts at the same bank, Amazon can figure this out?

Are there certain banks that issue numbers that can identify you? Are there others that do not?

Is this a concern at all?

No, there's no way for them to tell, UNLESS you happen to be using a bank that doesn't like mis-matched names, and two or more deposits get rejected....

I will also add: The more similarities you have between accounts, the greater odds of being linked. So if you're going to add 2 Chase Bank checking accounts to two different accounts, I'd make one account a Yahoo email and the other Hotmail, for example, and sell different products, etc. Make as many differences as you can. Also use Firefox for one account and Chrome for another, etc etc etc.
