Just a heads up, keep on an eye on Amazon charges to your account
 

In the last year they have erroneously charged me over $1000 in fee's that I should have not been charged.

The first was a $900 "Professional Services" charge that appeared on one of my accounts. It took 2 months and a BBB claim to finally get that refunded.

Last month I noticed they charged a $39.99 fee a few months after my account was suspended but before the 90 days had come up. I have yet to get this back and continue to fight them on it.

Last week I noticed on my Amazon.com account that they had charged me the High Volume Listing Fee from my Amazon.ca side on the US Amazon.com side. That would normally be fine except on the Amazon.ca side the charges are in Canadian dollars. The number was the same, $400 except it was in USD. $400 CAD is like $300 USD so they overcharged me by $100 USD. This should be fun to explain to them....ugh.

I'm not sure who's steering the billing ship over there but they are doing a terrible job. Keep an eye on your accounts and billing.

Even if your account is suspended they will charge you $39.99 a month as a pro seller. You have to change the account settings to stop the recurring charges.

was being charged for 4 months after suspension. Only took 1 email to get all these charges refunded as a regular disbursement.. No big deal. Got suspended ? Change the status. Simples

Hmmm. I had never seen it before this time and I keep a tight eye on my accounts. You just switch it over to individual as soon as you are suspended?

can you explain what the $900 professional services consisted of? Not heard of this, is it some obscure option?

Professional services for $900 ? Sound's like something out of the back pages of Playboy.

well my account got suspended several months ago, and the cc doesn't work. but everytime amazon charges the 39.99 you should be able to see it in the transaction worksheet. when my account was clearly suspended. they never charged me that 39.99 but then again my cc automatically declines.....

It ended up being partially the High Volume Listing Fee and then they charged me for something called Jumpstart which they could barely explain and wrapped it all up and called it Professional Services. I didn't enroll in the jumpstart program though so that was a false charge.

My cards usually decline too but I was in the 90 day hold waiting for some money to be released and they took it out of that.
