Amazon Ungating Requests

I'm wondering has Amazon gotten more difficult with the ungating requests? It's like I'm speaking to bots who only know how to reply with the requirements, but I have invoices (legit), that meet all the requirements and they just say the invoices are not valid.

Why would they do that? Am I the only one who has this issue?

I'm having slight trouble with ungating too, but a different issue. They keep asking me to change info on the template each time I send it in. Takes about 5 times back and forth with Amazon before they accept the application and grant access to the category.
