Image links for same products and different accounts...

If you sell the same products across multiple accounts, do you change your image links?
Say for example account one has image from www.abc123.... would you change so the second account has image from www.xyz987...?

So i'm doing it right.
I'm spending a fortune on server space for my accounts. Any cheaper alternatives anyone found rather than getting a new website and server for each one?
