LLC question
 

when you apply for an EIN # with your SSN for an LLC and you get a randomly generated EIN # does it show up on your credit report?

Does the EIN show up on your credit report? No. And I would not say they are randomly generated. I'm sure the IRS has a method of giving these out. I don't know what that method IS, but I'm sure there is one...

EIN Is "Employer Identification Number" and as such, has nothing to do with personal credit profiles.

On the other hand, when a company (such as a supplier) inquires on another (prospective buyer), and a business credit report is ordered (D&B, etc) then the EIN would show up on that report!

It can but most Amazon sellers will have little or zero history on D&B.

Most stealthers do not have lines of credit, vendors, etc...that are reported to D&B also, MOST creditors dont report positive to D&B but bank loans, credit cards on your EIN will.

Most vendors will only report collections on D&B.

How many EIN can you get I here you can get only 1 some people said you can get as many you want but the business name as to be different any advice, And no your EIN dont get to your credit is like another credit but under your business name some companies will ask for your SS# for a back up just in case the EIN dont pay or have any problems then they will go with your SS# but you wont see your EIN on your personal credit, Hope this help.

You are welcome to own as many companies as you desire. Warren Buffet owns thousands supposedly as example....

Your companies can own companies as well.

It can be under your name or it as to be under a LLC or corporation

You are allowed one EIN per SS but I personally would never do that. It links directly to you, most taxed(almost always) and not very stealthy and most risky legally.

Companies and you ave a handful of options. Unlitted EINs for companies.

You can have ONE EIN as a sole proprietorship.
You could file as many DBA's as you want, but still only get ONE ein number.

If you want a new EIN, you'll have to file a LLC or something.

Another question, I went to a major bank and got a business credit card and its in the name of the business plus my name. Can I put the stealth name under credit card information and it will work or they cross reference names when they charge cards?

Be more specific.

When are you using this card that would require a stealth name?

If you are talking about paypal/ebay/amazon, the ZIP CODE must match.

Anything else, I do not understand why you would want a stealth name.

Meaning you have a personal account with real information: Bob Smith


You open a new LLC with the business name Bob's Tech Toys
The credit card from BOA says Bob's Tech Toys but also has your personal name
Bob Smith.
You open a business checking account in the name of the business and your the only account
holder Bob Smith.


Can you put a different name under the Credit Card and Bank Account sections on the Amazon and eBay
account portions and you still get paid and credit charged, etc.? I'm sorry but I'm a rookie at Stealth and
have put a ton of work in and don't want to get linked.
