I don't know, but it happens from time to time. Sometimes it lasts for 15 minutes and sometimes it lasts for hours.

You are not having a problem with your password, are you? That would not be good!

Password issue likely means account is closed....hope not in your case OP

Yes, but I used an cached tab, logged out, and then was able to log back in.

Or just clear your cookies/history.

I was able to get back in after that.

Don't worry the poor guy---they had an issue with accepting passwords a couple months back, about this time in the AM, actually---and it turned out to be routine maintenance. I was able to login to my accounts a few hours later. None were deleted.

If you can't login, check back in 24 hours. If you STILL can't login, your account has been deleted.

It's all over seller forums on Amazon, loads of clueless Amazon sellers on there keep posting the same threads it's getting boring to read

They are updating their systems or something things have not been moving on uk site for couple of days, message said site updating will cause things to be sluggish for few days. Seems to be settling down now.

On some accounts created you will get the 'new Amazon look' on seller central. On some accounts it's still on the old system.

So much for their vaunted cloud reliability. Amazon Web Service's isn't all that. When they have a problem, a ton of sites that rely on Amazon for service are down...dpreview (which Amazon owns), was also down yesterday.

Amazon has got worse as the night has gone on, can hardly get anywhere with it now, looking at listings and orders is about as far as it goes tonight, with an apologetic message coming up saying try again later!

No problems for me on the EU,US,Japan platforms. Everything as normal apart from the horrible home page.

1) Follow this link.
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/orders-v2/
2) Sign Out
3) You can go to home page and sign in with no issues.

Keeping logging and out works for me this morning, going in through Amazon.co.uk to my account and then seller account works as well, oh, and have to keep manually checking for sales as well, emails are not always coming through straight away.

You are definitely right about that horrible new home page layout Micky, it is awful!

Latest update my Amazon is up most of the time now just goes off occasionally.
