Changing Stealth Account/Name to LLC Question
I have been running a stealth account in a friends name but want to change tax info so will open an LLC for this account.
Here is my question.
Should I name the LLC the friends name? If I use a different name what name does the 1099 arrive in?
I believe the LLC needs to be multiple member for Amazon's purpose of EIN so if I were to list the friends name and my name as members of this LLC how does the 1099 get handled? Will it be in name of company or names of members? |
