Amazon buyer account closed for being related to another account
 

My buyer account from Amazon was closed due to a family member using my account to purchase some things on there that I didn't know about. I received emails stating that the orders were cancelled and I revoked his access right away. Unfortunately, Amazon closed my account because they thought it was associated with his but it wasn't. I'm not trying to sell anything on Amazon, I literally just want to buy stuff since I shop online a lot. I contacted Amazon and explained the entire situation saying that I would provide any evidence or proof necessary to show I am not associated with him. We don't even live in the same state. I have had my Prime account since college and now it's gone. What else can I do? What is needed to make a stealth account? I literally just want to buy from Amazon, I get all my monthly subscriptions from them...

A family member my azz. I HATE HATE HATE hearing that excuse. You just happened to give him your password and let him do what he wanted with your account, your credit card info etc and not even check into it. WHATEVER BRO. Not buying it and I also dont care

But, common sense: Get a new buyer account. You could probably even use the same IP but get a new browser. Use a different credit card.
