FBA only business

hi i am getting a new stealth account i want to do fba only on this account. i have heard if you do fba only then there are no rolling reserves and no reviews in the account is this correct?

Re: FBA only business

They can always review an account. As for reserve, doubtful it would happen with FBA, But it is AZ and they can do whatever they feel like at any given time. I do mostly FBA and have not had many issues. Just start slow so that you can establish your account, and be ready to supply documents if ever asked for.

Re: FBA only business

so from your experiance on fba they cant really do a rolling reserve and you havent had that put on your account?

I haven't had it, but that does not mean that it may happen someday.

so they have never held your money longer than usual disbursement.

Re: FBA only business

for amazon US they do hold your money for up to 14 days after the sales even if you use fba. this only applies if you are registered as individual seller.

for UK, both individual and business will not get a rolling reserve.

Re: FBA only business

Thats good so in amazon uk i will be able to disburse daily if selling on fba?

Re: FBA only business

You will still have to take it easy blawal187 as PhD said, you cannot rush it even with fba, plus, as they have your stock, they have I would guess much more control over what you do and how quickly you do it.

If you ask for answers, and experts give them to you, TAKE IT AS GOSPEL.
Please do not question the answers if it is not what you want to hear. It is the truth. You succeed by listening, you fail by doing it the way you think it might work.

Thanks

Surely questioning answers results in better explanation of answers!

If your goods are legit, you can do £10,000 on your first month with FBA with no issues. However, if they link you then its goodbye.

There's down side to fba too. Not all gravy like you hear about. I've been using fba for quite a while. Don't know about the UK but here in the states. Inventory tends to get damage in the warehouses quite a lot especially electronics. They tend to lose stuff all the time and they reimbursed you with lowest seller's selling price. Sometimes they even find your items later on when you already moved on and the reimbursements gets reversed and debited to your account. Let's just say a big sum can really hurt you.

I advise you Do not send high ticket items at least. I will never again send my high ticket items to anyone unless they pay me first !!!!

no way I would let them have my stock, I want to send it myself....but I do get disbursed whenever I want, daily if I like and that is just on an aged pro acc.....

Re: FBA only business

that's why AMZ requires you to ask for permission to sell certain products such as media dvd's.

You are asking for trouble with FBA if you don't know what you are doing, commingle goods? Good way to get yourself a lawsuit. Ever read FBA horror stories.

Take my word for it, AMZ is certainly not your friend. They are a selling platform. Protect yourself at all times.

Re: FBA only business

why would we get a lawsuit?
fba is surely good for sales and in uk i havent had many issues in the past

a quick question how do i sent the stock to fba if my stealth is registered about 100 miles away from is it possible to have the 100 miles away address on label but drop off to ups drop off centre.

The worst Amazon horror story I have ever heard | FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Mastery

Give it a read. If you don't have issues with FBA. Good. Not trying to challenge your knowledge or intergrity. Just want people to be aware so they don't make the same mistakes other people did.

They still put your account into review. My experience.

does not matter what the ups label says.

i have stealth address at liverpool. my real address is at nottingham.

other account is in london. no problem at all.

blawal187 10-17-2015 02:24 PM

Re: FBA only business

So when you send to fba on label does it say your stealth address but whej you call ups you say collection is from your actual address?
