Need to update credit card information
 

I used a prepaid credit card when I set up my Amazon stealth account last year. Now Amazon sent me an email saying that they don't accept prepaid credit card, and I'll need to update it or they won't disburse my fund.

I have a credit card that was never used by Amazon, but can I make up a name or do I alter a little bit? or have you guys have the same experience in trying another pre-paid credit card?

Name is not an issue. The cc needs to be clean as well as the cc address. The verification checks the street # and the zip code for a match. You can verify the cc on either the ship to address or the mailing address.

There are numerous threads over the last week about this.

Just curious, did the request for new cc come 1 day before disbursement?

Yes, it's 1 day before the disbursement. Kind of make me nervous.

Does anyone know if the Payoneer card is able to work? It has a mastercard logo on it

payoneer is a pre-paid card,so unfortunately I don't think it will work.

I have not tried Payoneer in ages - might be worth to try it out and report back.

for the countries where amazon doesn't disburse, they tell us to subscribe to payoneer for disbursment, so it might work, right ?
