Going FBA After Suspension and Blocking

Hello fellow GHOSTIES.
I used to do online arbitrage with an Amazon account. Made inventory mistakes, refunds etc got suspended, did a half hearted appeal and then got blocked.
Can I approach them to go FBA using my same name, bank etc or should I just go ghost according to the Amazon Ghost book?
I know I sound naive but I just had to ask...

cant use ur old bank ac****. also cant use the same name and adress. same name different adress should work, but zour id info ahould be different too.. ID number etc.

dont use same infos. be stealth and go for full fba. varies your product using merchant fullfilled and sell them at higher prices which you dont have stocks.
