New Account Help

Hey all

Ok so my account got banned last year and I wanna restart.

I am actually setting up under my dads business, so new name, address, bank details etc.

I have purchased a brand new laptop also.

It will still be the original modem, which has a dynamic IP.

Will the modem be safe just like that, or do I need to consider a new one and a VPS/VPN on top?
