negative balance
 

Ghost account has a negative balance like 2k our supplier went out of business. We couldn't get product in time. They closed in a week. Account has been banned. Should I pay them?? Not sure what to do? Can't login to . I don't want a problem. Was trying to get supplies to keep the account active and fufill the orders. A year ago they stole 25k from me in a seperate account and blocked one of my accounts cause they stole my orders when their supplier refilled their inventory. We had like 700 to ship. Recently on another account they ****ed up our shipping time from 30 days to 2 account got totaly missed up and costs us 20k.

What should I do?

If you can't login, how could you pay for it ??

How will it be more of a problem to you if the account is already deleted? You can't sell on it again.
You'll be throwing another 2k away and if they want it, they'll be chasing a ghost. Just my opinion, there may be others that disagree.

I might be wrong but I read off the stealth book that they're ways to find you if even if you use stealth account. I suspect this has something to do with your bank which is the only link to your correct details.
Besides, I think the OP needs to give more information.

My friend got an email offering payment methods but I thing the can simply take the money if you have debit instructions with your bank. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong

im not sure if they can get our money from our bank just by having bank details.

but if its debt, im sure there are ways these guys can get hold of our information from the bank.

I don't know if it is true for all the country but for exemple, in France they need an authorisation signed by account older to take money on a bank account , and i am not sure they can do it without IBAN code or others .

yeah i think it works kinda the same. like when you do standing order/direct debit instruction here in UK, you have to declare and sign a form which authorise the guy to take your money just by using sort codes and account number.

well im not sure IF WE ALL DID authorise amazon when we first sign up and register our bank account with them. im too lazy to read all the terms and policies. ahaha.

Just forget it and keep the money.

However make sure your credit card has no limit available on it and your bank account is empty as you agreed when you signed up for amazon that they can take fees this way.

Close the associated bank account if you can
