If UK account got suspended, would US account be at risk and vice versa ?
 

I got an invitation to sell in UK marketplace today and I really want to give it a try, but if my uk account got suspended, would my us account be at risk of suspension?

my UK is banned for ages now. but my US account with same details are working fine.

Would he still need to act as a US user in term of location i.e. make sure he appears to them as though he is logging on in the US.
Or they would not care if his IP is UK based and he is creating a US account ?

Actually Amazon can and has tied Marketplaces and suspended sellers in all Marketplaces they participated in ... You can find mention of it if you search the Amazon forums enough.

Ultimately it's up to Seller Performance ...

If he uses a EU IP or US IP and has an address in that region he will be fine. I am unsure what region IP he has. If its Vietnam IP the account would be flagged I would assume in any event.

so in reverse i could have a legit account again on my home address in the usa? as long as i use a vpn,or can i use my home ip address?

I work like this : same IP, name ; diff email, phone, address

If all the details are new to amazon.com you will be fine and visa versa with the UK

Not anymore - I had my US and UK accounts suspended within 1 hour, 3 days later reinstated within 1 hour and 2 weeks later suspended permanently within 1 hour.
I had the same credit card in both because I didn't suspect they share information...

No issue mate you can use same IP and details never happen . .

US and EU (apart from France) don't share info at this time.

In my case - my US account was suspended for being "linked", within 1 hour of EU account being suspended (for performance) - on THREE different occasions.
These accounts shared same IP and CC.
Too much of a coincidence to be happening 3 times, and every time the suspension of US being within 1 hour of the EU suspension...
How can you explain this?

i guess other EU marketplaces do have stricter issues. what you can do is to only sell on UK marketplace. create a different stealth account for other EU sites.

Been there - though mine was after 2 months of one country's suspension.
