Does Amazon allow this.
or is this a bad move that may flag me. | Amazon allows and slightly encourages you to OFFER a customer service phone # on your seller profile.
Of course, NO ONE on Amazon ever looks at sellers profiles....but they do allow it.
So to answer your question, providing a phone # is fine. Just don't try to subvert sales off or Amazon, or provide an email address....THAT will piss them off.
And I completely understand why you want to provide your #. Way easier to explain things, gets the annoying customer to leave you alone, and avoids negative feedback and A-to-Z claims. The better service you can provide on Amazon, the longer your account will last.
