Create seller account under USA company to get BuyBox?

Hi,
If you create product in a new registered seller account, there is no BUYBOX right?

If the seller account is registered from a USA company, will you have BUYBOX ?

or is there any benefit if you create Amazon.com seller account under a USA company?

Hi,

I'm Malaysia seller in Amazon FBA.
The buybox is not determined by where you registered.
I registered with MY address and not US address, but I still could win the buybox. Is all depends on your selling price, number of review, you are FBA or Merchant, etc.
