Amazon wants receipts

So as I've stated here before, Amazon suspended me for selling counterfeit items. I submitted an appeal and now this is the email I've received underneath. Anybody know any way around this. Any advice is deeply appreciated, thanks in advance!

Hello,

Thank you for responding to our request for information. However, we still need more information regarding:

ASIN: B00ZP9IEHW, B00ODO04QY.

What you can do

Copies of receipts or invoices which {clearly identify the specific item(s) under review/demonstrate purchase and listing quantities/are authentic and unaltered/display required information, including supplier and buyer information, invoice date, and item(s) descriptions and quantities/were issued in the last 180 days.}

You may also include any additional details you would like us to know.

You can remove pricing information, but please make sure the rest of document is visible. You can send us a pdf, jpg, png, or gif file.

make receipts or get a new account. I dont know how many items you sell or what not. TIme to ask yourself, is it worth it? Plus I dont know if your stuff is legit
I can tell you this, it takes me 5 minutes to crreate a new amazon account and it takes me 1 day to make an ebay paypal account.

block out the asin, you just have to send them what they require. I take it a customer complained about one of those items?

Re: Amazon wants receipts

since you are selling counterfeit jerseys, this will most likely happen to you again, and again, and again. I suggest you try selling something else.

Re: Amazon wants receipts

I know what you mean but in this case it wasnt really a customer complaint. It was more of a competitor taking me out. I posted something under their listing. They bought all my jerseys and then reported me.

It doesn't matter if it was a customer or competitor. As long as you are trying to sell a high risk counterfeit item like jerseys, then you will be shutdown within 2 weeks of listing them. It is not a smart decision to sell counterfeit jerseys on amazon. they will suspend or delete your amazon account. Guaranteed, not maybe will, maybe won't. Showing them receipts will rarely help you. This should be the next category that should/will be Amazon approval only.

I understand my risks, and I know its risky but the truth is there are a ton of people selling these types of jerseys on amazon and they are profiting from it.

so 2 wrongs make a right?

Your accounts will get closed, I would suspect there a couple of serious sellers who don't want competition and they will keep taking you down.

There is not a "ton" of people profiting and you will never be one of these "lucky" few people profiting. The successful sellers have high positive feedback rating. They have a very old amazon account. They sell many other items besides the jerseys. Do you understand the risk of importing illegal jerseys will have US homeland security sending you seizure letters and ICE knocking at your door if you decide to purchase a large quantity of illegal jerseys? Selling counterfeit items on amazon and ebay is a constant losing battle which you will never win or profit from. You are not a savvy internet seller, are you? You will learn the hard way if you decide you want to try this path. You don't even know how to create a stealth amazon account, which you will need many of, with the lack of understanding you have for how online selling works. I am just trying to save you time and money.

Re: Amazon wants receipts

Don't bother. I had legitimate receipts/invoices from a legitimate USA manufacturer for legitimate products.

I have sent them to Seller Performance (and Jeff) at least 20 times.

Each time, I get a form letter from Seller Performance saying that I need to send invoices.

They don't look at them.

competitors? I do not have any competitors. I also do not deal with counterfeit items. It is a dead end for sellers. Many people do not want to admit this and it is the same as hitting your head against a brick wall thinking you will eventually break through. It is quite funny actually.
