Is Amazon worse than Ebay? I was trying to create a new account today because my original and only one I've ever had is suspended. They linked that account in a shut of an eye. And I dont see how, the address was different, email was different, different pc user profile, ip address wasn't the same. How are the they linking?

Why is Amazon the devil? Because they don't make it super easy to open another account? Why did you get suspended in the first place?

its not a right to sell on amazon, they can kick for if they like. if u don't like it, make ur own site and get the kind of traffic amazon gets then make your own rules...

amazon far better than eBay/paypal combo thats for sure.

Gamefreak is right, Amazon currently ranks way higher on the fair to sellers continuum than eBay, at least on Amazon you can actually win a dispute now and then. on eBay, never! So suck it up, stop selling counterfeits if that's what you were doing, and try again!

But you guys are right. Amazon is more fair to their sellers. I was wrong in saying they were the devil. I was just shocked at the moment how fast I was linked. But I figured out why, thanks anyway.

You must list your method here before you open your next account, see if you are making another mistake. The forum is here to help people.

that was my point, you are paying and dealing with amazon bs for what they offer, TRAFFIC

otherwise u wouldn't even be selling on there, right? we all deal with their bs cause its better than the alternative

Amazon is great if you have great stock and solid paperwork. No garbage is allowed there. For shady things, forget about AZ.

Even if your items are legit, you can mostly forget about AZ. They still suspended me.

I sold 100% authentic items and had invoices from the USA manufacturer.

I never sold anything that wasn't legit.

My account was several years old with 100% 5 star customer feedback.

Amazon said that someone complained that my items were counterfeit. (they weren't).
I sent them nearly 100 pages of invoices to prove it. They didn't care. . . . couldn't be bothered to look at them. I have sent them at least 20 times.

It's heartbreaking to have run an honest business for years and have it shut down unfairly. Thank heavens for these forums.

Yes, I sent it to Jeff about 12 times.
Then I get the same form letter from Seller Performance saying that Jeff told them to follow up, but then the exact same form letter verbage asking for receipts already provided. Of course I send them again, and then get the same form letter again. Have been through this process so many times, over and over.

I had 500+ 5 star feedback (100%).

Seems very strange, as a customer allegation of a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ usually gets you a warning (on an established account) and the rights holder buying it get you suspended/deleted.

Is there only one manufacturer of this product or several?

my honest appraisal of the current situation is that higher ups have told Seller Performance to clean up the recent, rampant Chinese counterfeits on Amazon and many other sellers have got caught up in the no mercy sweep.

OVIDIU: Yes off course they are trying to rid of the counterfeiters, as 15% of all global retail sales are now counterfeit. However this account was established, several years old and 500 plus feedback and supplied invoices. Maybe more to the story than we are being told.
