Is my Amazon.co.uk account in danger?
 

So Amazon have done their due diligence and verified me a few months ago on Amazon.co.uk - I kept hearing that expanding to the rest of Europe is very simple etc and to be honest I saw that competition was little to none.

So I listed an item on Amazon.de and selected my UK bank account for the payments - now I have a notification that my account is being verified. Thing is, when I click on the dropdown menu and select UK I get the same message.

So are Amazon now checking up on me again? More importantly is my UK account now in danger?

Would appreciate everyone's thoughts.

This is only Germany verifying your bank account. The performance notification will show up in both Uk and DE. I would imagine a small deposit may be sent to verify your bank account, amazon don't always do this.

Thanks for clarifying that for me. I had planned to be up all night (2.44am right now) to do some product research. But this completely threw me off. I was thinking I'd go through the same verification I did with UK in terms of ID etc.

Can you list and sell on DE, if you can there is no problem.
