Amazon.com account review

Scoured the previous posts, because I am certain this has been covered before, but the search engine did not pull anything up...so, am asking again...

Just got a standard review and am wondering who at Amazon deals with these sorts of things. Is it a low level employee? Third world person? Who?

Too, what are they looking to hear, in your opinions...?

People review the account, bots select it for review.

Reviews are always performed by SELLER PERFORMANCE.

It doesn't necessarily mean they review every little detail, but you should assume that every email sent and received is read, and that every action you take is scrutinized.
