You can add most UK bank accounts to your Amazon store and Amazon will disburse the funds to it. If your bank allows foreign transfers coming in which majority would.
Alternatively, you can use a third party like world first, currencies direct etc (Amazon recommended) and they can transfer the funds to your bank.

I'm still trying to find a way to avoid giving away even more fees to Amazon or the banks, like the exchange rate fee (on top of the exchange rate).
How do you use world first or currencies direct with stealth?
You will always get fees in currency exchanges. If you want to be paid in Euro to a Euro account in say Germany, you will still have to pay to covert your funds back to sterling from that bank plus pay bank charges with your foreign bank. Unless you can pay suppliers in Euro's. Just give amazon the extra, its easier.
