Amazon authorization letter!?

Hi guys,

Amazon recently asked to confirm my identity and business info... of which i have..

Amazon are now asking me for:
Require documents: letter of authorisation issued to ***user name ***.

1) the letter should be on a business letter head containing business name and point of contact name

2) document should be signed by legal representative of business

I really do not know what they are talking about?

yes i can be creative, but i am unsure of this needs to contain legal info, or can just be a business headed letter signed by myself?

Whats more is all of this is being asked by amazon uk in english, but the amazon account is registered with spanish address and phone etc.

anyone got any ideas?

Yes that is all they require. I had to do this for an older account that was closed down. Company letter headed paper. type out that you are the named legal representative of the business, confirming your authorities. Sign it done !
