Hi
I have a Amazon UK account, I assume you will at least get some sort of message from the seller performance team to tell you that they have killed your account even without giving you a reason they will notified you right? Or they just do it and not tell you?
Problem I'm having is I have been told to input a Unique Tax Reference number into my seller account, however the option to do it, the "Edit" button is greyed out so I message the verification team, they replied and said they have now activated the button which they did but then the options inside is greyed out so I emailed again and they replied there is a technical issue and ask me to wait but after that email I noticed I couldn't even log into my account so I asked seller support and now they saw my account has been terminated and they cannot help me anymore.
Any ideas? Not a stealth, real account, everything legit, 1500+ 99% feedback, top metrics and I dont run any other accounts stealth or not. I tried message the performance team but no reply for 24 hours.

No, I never received any emails from Amz when they terminated or deleted the account, they will just do it. But in your case, it is weird. Have you tried to call them?

But it was only after the 3rd time calling they told ,e, the first two tries, both times told me that it was only a technical issue and wait for a fix...

Now I also have eBay Stealth but it does not show for some reason...
Anyway, any ideas? U ever had termination? Did they at least notify you?

From what I've read, deletion is never acknowledged. Amazon is dirty that way.

OK ATOM, this is a technical issue with amazon EU, well not exactly technical is seller verification pass a message to another dept to get the button active.
This can take up to a week, crazy I know.
Just keep sending seller verification emails requesting an update.
However as you cannot access your account now I would also send an e mail to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk explaining the issue.
If you have had no seller performance warning's, selling legit goods and been trading as long as you say I would assume someone has keyed an error.
Has your buyer account ever set up as a selling account.

Nope not set up any selling account with my buying account so I really dont know what went wrong.
I have messaged seller verification team and they now say they have passed the issue to seller performance yet its been nearly 48 hours without a reply so I yea I am on the verge of writing an email to the MD email hopefully something can be done!

Similar issue,
When the verifications team decide they cant verify you you get locked out and cant log in.
They ask you to complete any outstanding orders, which you cant because your locked out.
They state to contact seller support for more information, which you cant because your locked out.
and the email you are sent is a no reply account.
Cant move forward, and I ignore the account.

Same here, 6 days ago I emailed seller performance, no reply.
36 hours ago emailed managingdirector email, no reply.
Emailed all sorts of email addresses that sent me emails before, all bounces back.
I also got an email from seller support saying that I can re-open my account but I need to confirm that it is what I want but I can't reply as I cant log in, email address where its from is again outbound only. F*king joke!
I know Ill probably have to move on but it is my main account, everything is legit, the account turned over nearly 100k in 2014! I want to know what the hell happened, at least tell me I am indeed killed and it is not some technical thing seller support and seller verification is telling me.
Really need to move on from eBay and Amazon, they really have u by the bal*s! It kills so many SME's just like that from what I see from Google, by the end of the week, I'll need to lay off some part time staffs before Christmas too! Quote:

Is there any CHANCE Amazon might have suspected you were selling phakes?
I mean is it even POSSIBLE? That's the only thing I could see them deleting you for.
Maybe a competitor made multiple false complaints?

Yes it is possible, I suppose anything is possible but I am not selling any "phakes"
I sell unbranded phone cases, just plain unbranded phone cases and toys, the toys are from original distributors, some are even the biggest in UK/Europe, invoices have been asked and provided before as well, about 11 months ago. Quote:

I have emailed seller performance, 6 days ago, I got an auto response message confirming they got the email.
I would have thought/have read around that at least they will reply and say the decision is final and that further email will not be responded. Quote:

That's just the only reason I can think of that Amazon may have deleted you.

Give them a full details of your of your problems, don't miss anything and just keep to the facts.
GOA is correct, usually deletion comes if amazon suspect counterfeit but also fraud and linking can cause deletion.

Not one single replied from Amazon that is not automated for 10 days or so and I suddenly got an emailing saying I do not meet Holiday Selling Guidelines blah blah blah but I do, it even shows the required metrics at the bottom of the performance notification which I pasted below... Whats happening with these Amazon employees?? Anyway so I tried to log in expecting the same "You are not an authorised user" page but NO, I GOT IN SELLER CENTRAL!!! Looks like they reverse the termination but not saying anything to me still! This time I'm not complaining this time though!!

One main reason they will terminate an account with out notice is if they suspect fraud use with a credit card. They dont even ask. They just terminate and let you figure it out a few days later.
