Does Amazon know the "IP Address" of my phone's internet provider?

My stealth account has been going strong for the past 5 months thanks to the advice on this website. I really want to start using the Amazon seller app but don't know if I should login to my account using my phone. I have a different phone than I had when my account suspended but I still have the same phone internet provider which is Ting. Should I switch providers?

Is the App crucial to your business? If you don't use the App....will your business suffer? Will you lose hundreds, thousands of dollars if you don't use the App? Will you gain more or less with the app?

Just carry on as you were, Apps are potentially dangerous.

Regarding the IP, each time you switch your phone on and off your IP will change.

Taking the Micky. Are you sure the IP changes? I really want to use the Amazon seller app because it allows me to look up items easily in the field. Im tired of using the regular buying app

IP will nearly always change when the phone is turned off and on again unless you have a very small IP range (this happens pretty often when using 4G on certain networks)

Mobiles can also be on static IPs, but you have to specifically ask for this, so unless you have your very unlikely to be on a static IP

I would still avoid the APP though as a rule of thumb

These apps - like eb and pp apps - are not the best to work with

all you need to do is go to the browser in you phone and What's My IP Address? - Obsolete Browser Page. You will see if it changes

browserleaks.com is a good site.

If you really wanna use the app, make sure the phone wasnt used with other amazon accounts.
Log your IPs. If you switch to airplane mode, you will get a new IP address as well.
