Appealing suspended linked account?
 

I am wondering if anyone has tips for appealing a suspended linked account. Here is my story:

-Had an Amazon account. Sold about a dozen items. Got one negative because a buyer did not read the conspicuous description. Suspended,

-Bought the Stealth Guide. Created a new account. Was doing $2MM or so in revenue for about 3 years. Suspended for performance because customers realized A2Z claims = free product.

-Created multiple stealth accounts, kept getting the boot for linked account.

-Finally got an account that lasted about 5 weeks. All inventory was sent via FBA. All in good standing. After about 4 weeks I had accumulated a decent sum and added a bank account. This bank account was from Bank of America and I put the name of the account as the LLC I created for the Amazon account. Got a suspension the same day.

Questions... Did adding the bank get me linked? I thought Amazon could not see the name? I did not use my name for the bank but rather the new LLC.

-Can I appeal this? If so how do I approach it? Playing dumb usually works but for this I feel I need a new tactic. Hoping to find other stories of those who successfully got past this that can help me.

Please help! After losing the first account and now this possibly this will lead to 20 or so jobs being obsolete.

Did you ever work out what linked you?

EG, if a BoA account was ever on any other account, why did you use that bank again?

The previous account, which was doing ~$2MM in sales annually, was suspended due to seller performance which was mostly in part to a competitor buying our product, we would cancel those orders but canceling so many orders led to a poor ODR. And when one would slip behind our eyes and we would fulfill it they would instantly do a negative feedback and A2Z claim. But Amazon doesn't care about that as we have fought our stance and lost.. many times.

Was BOA a brand new virgin checking account?

I have had issues with BOA on saving's accounts.

I also newly learn't that US bank reuse old numbers, maybe this could have been the issue.

Were you selling similar stock.

Yes the BOA account was a fresh new account, not linked to my previous account either (different online login, new debit card, everything).

I was selling somewhat similar items, but for the most part listing under other products than I did before.

Is there any type of way I can sort of play dumb for the appeal to go through?

Well you pretty much said you had linked accounts before. Youre doing something wrong even without adding bank accounts.
Could be the LLC you created.
Could be youre still linking accounts even without the bank account.

Play dumb through an email? Doesnt hurt to send an email. But in the meantime, create other accounts so youre not so focused on this one.

I would imagine they have linked you through the products you sell. You should mix old and new with a 5:1 ratio. Are your products pretty unique.
