My amazon account is suspended. I tried appealing two times and both of them got reject.
I have two negative feedbacks and 2 A-Z. Both of them left under unctrollable circumstances.
Any one who can guide me, how to appeal to amazon.
Previously I have mentioned not sell any item that has az claim. Try to work out with buyer and things of that nature.
So far no luck

So why was your account suspended?

How old is the account?

How many feedback in total?

What are your metrics?

I got the following message, account is 5 years old:

We are writing to let you know we have removed your selling privileges, canceled your listings, and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your seller account. Any new selling accounts you open will be closed.

We took this action because your order defect rate (ODR) does not meet Amazon’s performance target of less than 1%. The ODR metric is based on A-to-z Guarantee claims, negative feedback, and chargebacks. Your performance metrics and previous notifications are available in the Account Health section of your seller account (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/summary.html).

We encourage you to take appropriate steps to resolve any pending orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from your seller account.

After 90 days, the hold will be removed and any remaining funds will be available per your settlement schedule. In addition, balance and settlement information will be available in the Payments section of your seller account. If you have questions about these funds, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.

Before we can consider reinstatement of your selling privileges, you must provide us with your detailed plan to meet our performance standards in the future. We will then review your performance plan and determine whether to reinstate your selling privileges. For information on creating a performance plan, search on "Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges" in seller Help.

If it's just two A-Z cases, you need to give them a detailed explanation of why those issues occurred and what you will do to avoid those issues in the future. I've been suspended of A-Z cases before, but I was able to get back on Amazon by writing to them a very detailed email telling them why the issue occurred, what I did to fix the issue and what I will do to not let that happen again....

For the negative feedback, try to contact buyers and offer them some additional refund, something like that to remove the negative feedback and let them know why too... I've been successful in that too. I received negative for late delivery, but I was able to get the buyer to remove the negative feedback...

i already explained about the az claim. But not accepted by amazon. For negative feedback, buyers are unwilling to reverse. Any sample for az claim appeal.

You filed 2 appeals. I dont think you have a chance anymore.

Im guessing this wasnt your first suspension though ALMOST always, the first offense, you get a pass if its just due to matrix and you write the standard general appeal as found in threads.

The second suspension is usually harder to get appealed.

2 A to Z claims is actually not good in 1 or 2 months. The moment you see a RETURN REQUEST, you grant it. Bend over backwards to appease the buyer. Just how amazon is.
Or, you can get stealth individual accounts and not stress about it as much. Sucks waking up every morning stressing about an email asking for a return or seeing negative feedback. Not worth it because most of us do our best. There aare just too many scammers working the system. Nothing we can do.

Amazon also has shill buyers to test amazon sellers. Real people paid by amazon to buy items from randomly picked sellers. They test customer service, email replies they might or might not return the item at your expense. My friend ran into a few SURE shills. They wanted a return, he offered refund, they left negative feedback. He then tested it and offered a free item and refund x2 the amount. The person refused....Both people from totally different states. Doesnt make sense.

This is my first suspension. Not second. so appealed twice but still suspended. Every time they said give us a detail plan. So there might be a hope. That is why I am looking for some help to reinstate the account with right plan.

As Maliquest said, probably best to move on if you've already tried appealing. The last bet would be to try to email Jeff with all supporting docs and info.

Best choice is call amazon explain because they are take action via phone call is very quickly . .

Step it out in number form or bullett form. They want a full plan of action to make sure it doesn't happen again. I just went through this and was able to get my account reinstated

have you ever submitted a plan of action over the phone?if so how long ago was it? last time i called and tried to submit my plan of action over the phone they told me to email it to seller performance from my e-mail?

Same thing happened to me,I'm on my second appeal and they have denied, but there is hope, I have read on the amazon seller forums that someone got their suspension lifted after their fourth appeal.
