I was being hypothetical - because I had thoroughly read the ghost guide in preparation for a new account and came across the ID issue but I'm telling you that this account was the only one I had - because they unsupsended the account I never needed to open a new one - see below the unsuspension email I received from the MD office on the account after we spoke on the phone - this was in August.
