Suspended until I register as a business seller
 

As the title suggests I can no longer on Amazon until I register as a business seller. I don't mind doing this but I guess this is going to take time and I am going to miss all the Christmas sales I was banking on. I have just purchased a huge amount of stock so this is bad timing! My question is - if I open a seller account in my husband's name just to get me through the Christmas period will Amazon notice and either ban me completey or just not open the new account?

To sell any volume of stock now before Christmas is really a no no. The chances are your new account will suspended.
Just work with amazon and send the info they require.
To be honest if you want to make money this time of the year you should have an established your account by September at the latest.

I'm not sure what you mean by established by September. My seller account is years old. I have been selling on Amazon for a long time now. I had no idea this would happen.

Then just supply the information and you will be fine, verification usually only takes a few days if all the information is legit, passport, utility bill, UTR etc.
