midwestman | 12-12-2015 12:17 PM | help with amazon account/email I received this email today:
Hello,
We have decided that you may sell on Amazon.com while we review your account. A reserve equal to your gross sales amount for the preceding 90 days will apply while your account is under review. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.
When your account balance exceeds this reserve amount, you will be able to transfer funds based on your settlement schedule. You can view the details on the Payments page in the Reports section of Seller Central ( https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...t-summary.html).
Please continue to ship orders and only list items that you can send by the expected ship date.
To learn more about account reviews, search for "Velocity Limits and Account Reviews" in Seller Central Help.
We will send you an email when our review is complete.
Sincerely,
Seller Performance Team

should i respond? how should i respond? my metrics are very good im not sure what the issues is. I did get a email a few days ago from amazon saying they removed my listings for hoverboards BUT the listings they removed were not actual hoverboards, it was the case you carry them in. they asked me to provide information on the battery and charger as to it being safe but of course i couldn't because it was just cases. NOW i did have some actual hoverboards listed a few weeks before this but i removed them way before this even happening because i had inventory issues. any information would be very helpful, ty |
