Filling Out Tax Info on Amazon Stealth Account
 

Hello,

I recently created a Amazon stealth account & I created a LLC, that's the EIN number I used when filling out the tax form on Amazon, W-9.

However, at the bottom it asked me to sign and enter my DOB, so since this was a stealth account I used the stealth information.

Can I run into any issues when filing taxes or when receiving the W-9 form in a few months since the name wont match?

Or since this is a LLC, the LLC name and number will be on the form, not my personal name and DOB? Just a little worried..

I know they are required to ask for DOB due to more stringent financial accounting rules. I don't know if it will hurt you to make up dob.

Were you prompted to differentiate between Single Member LLC and LLC (C Corp / S Corp)?

Yes, I selected S-Corp because I have a single member LLC, but I file taxes as a S-Corp in the state of IL
