Bank Account Address Info + A Thank You :)
 

First off, a big thank you to this community, I have been lurking around on the forums going through the last years worth of posts on Amazon absorbing learning how to set up a stealth account. With out you I wouldn't have been able to do this. RSOT, Taking the Mickey, Callidus, and many many others have given great advice :dance:

I have taken the approach that it is important to first understand the process myself before purchasing an account, which I will do and be able to operate a stealth account on my own.

My stealth account has been successfully set up for a little while now, I have sold my first item, and am awaiting payment.

My question is this, when inputting my bank card details to make a payment, it is slightly different to my actual address by the number of my house i live at. So say my house number is 1, i have put 3, the road will be the same etc. Have Amazon already run an avs check and i have passed? or will they run it when they send money to me. Should i ring up the bank and get my address changed? and change it on amazon as well (I will not change it to a linked address).

ebay dont do avs on bank account,its only credit card address which has to match

Yes, they do the avs check when you register and they will do it again before each disbursment. so , if you have changed nothing since registration, everything gonna be alright

Yes, you must make sure that the card has enough funds on it to handle amazon checking the card.

Many a seller has had problems thefe.

If the account is open, change nothing. Your credit card has passed.

Why are you making a payment with your card to amazon?

Seller fees will come out of your disbusement

I thought they made a charge from my card, but do they actually give me a pound, and then give it back again? On a side note, I have made some purchases off the account to give it more legitimacy.
