Yes that has happened to me

I think its normal for new accounts at this time of year..

as long as you sell well with good feedback there shouldn't be too many issues...

I always wait until I have feedbacks before adding bank accounts. You have to wait several weeks anyway - might as well wait until a few days before dispersal when you have a ton of feedback. I get 40-50% 5 star feedbacks for my first few weeks on an account (read my previous posts to figure out what I do).

That eliminates any reviews - I haven't had an account under review in all of 2015 (and I do hundreds of thousands annually on a bunch of accounts so it's not like I'm not moving money). Feedback and quick delivery are THE keys to staying out of Amazon's review system - they don't even do velocity reviews if you have the appropriate feedback and get tons of bonus points for 3 day deliveries.

Even after Xmas day? Shouldn't they no longer be worried about late deliveries?

Guess I will just despatch and wait.
