Seller Performance replied to me in Chinese..why?
 

So my account was suspended Dec 31st due to buyer rights complains. E-mailed seller support to provide me with the ASIN's that were involved regarding the suspension so I could provide a plan of action.. and they reply to me with this.

希望您及时解决账户中未完成的订单以及其他相关问题。您的卖家账户余额将会被暂时冻结90天，以支付亚马逊 商城交易保障索赔和拒付的金额。在此之后，您的卖家账户余额将会在您的结算日进行结算。可以通过卖家账户的 “付款”部分查看您的账户余额和结算信息。如果您对这些资金有任何疑问，请发送电子邮件至 payments-funds@amazon.com

I provide shipping from china and get these emails from their Chinese sellers emailing list.
