I paid some $ for a statement with a stamp and signature. Should be same in .DE

EDIT. Just try different branch or representative.

Edit2. I PAID $ IN BRANCH FOR A STATEMENT AND NOT FOR A ⊗⊗⊗⊗

I've had to get bank statements before from bank, not for eBay or anything like that, and they never even ask me questions: Just walk up to branch manager, ask for your statement kindly and ask them to sign in.
I've literally never had a problem.
