Does Amazon have my device saved if I use the Amazon Buying app and Scoutify?
 

First of all I want to thank everyone in this forum for helping me on my stealth account. Im going 6 months strong and there have been no signs of suspension. When I am out scouting for items I use the Amazon buyer app and Scoutify since I feel nervous logging into the Amazon seller app with my phone (Im using a different phone than the one I used on my old suspended account but I am still using the same mobile plan). I recently learned that you can change your phone's IP address by turning Airplane mode on for 30 seconds and then turning it off. Since I have a different IP address now am I free to use the Amazon seller app? Like I said over the past 6 months I have been using the Amazon buyer app and Scoutify with my old IP. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

No, you will never be able to use the apps unless you get a brand new phone.

I did get a brand new phone when my account got suspended
