On deleted stealth accounts

On deleted stealth accounts....does amazon keep the inventory on file like a suspended account? I've read you are usually good to list the old items after 90 days. Is it the same with deleted accounts? Thanks for all input.

Generally from my experience after 90 days you are pretty safe to list your old stock again.
