automate Net profit after disbursement?
 

I want to figure out my exact profit after a disbursement. Im not sure how to go about this the most efficient way. I could totally be barking up the wrong tree here but I would assume this would involve taking Amazon's transaction file and somehow dumping it into excel or an access(which I have zero knowledge of either) database with a list of my skus and my cost then having it spit out a final number.

Ideas?

Yes, You basically right.
You need to take the transaction details, put it into excel , extract the fees, shipping cost and product cost and you're there .

I have no idea how you going to do it without knowledge in this programs, but thats the guidelines.

Just go to "orders"

Reports

Choose your report, export as .csv

Covert the file to Excel

somehow I need a database or excel sheet that has a list of my skus and my cost, then somehow plug that into the excel file I download from Amazon....but how? This is the part that needs to be automated.......I have close to 200 skus

I might even need some of kind small script to do this. I would be willing to learn and spend some time on this but I dont even know where to start lol

Well the report you print out will have all your sku's. Create a new column and insert your cost price. 200 sku's should take less than 30 mins.

Can I have a permant column for skus so I can just paste my disbursement in every 2 weeks?

You should be able to this. There is a website www.freelancer.com where you could advertise what you want. $50 would cover what you want and save a lot of time.
