Amazon review
 

Hi
my amazon account is under a review and 28 day reserve for funds.
I have 124 sales and 12 positive feedbacks, no negatives or claims.

Is it worth appealing and answering these questions=
How do you manage your inventory?
What is your selling history outside of Amazon?
Any other information in support of your appeal?

or is it worth leaving the to review and let them hold the funds. The account is 24 days old

Never appeal a 28 day rolling, well I wouldn't.

Continue to sell and show them any holds do not bother you at all. Acting normal and continuing sales is the 'normal' thing to do.

Sounds like good advice, any info i give can be looked at negativily. Just to add it is a stealth amazon on uk

Amazon are asking simple questions, just answer them.

They are not asking for invoices etc.

Just imagine a new seller to amazon with no experience of stealth and forums etc they would just send the answers. IMO not answering shows you have something to hide or not taking your business seriously.

The questions are based on an appeal. I can still sell in the mean time. Would you still recommend more conversation with amazon ?

I wouldn't appeal a 28 day rolling reserve. Just let them see that you ship items on time and that your customers are happy with the products (no negatives or claims). I would only appeal if my account was restricted from selling.

if they are asking u to appeal i would appeal. if they just put it on hold just because u are new, i wouldnt appeal.

So as said earlier answer the questions. Obviously you have already appealed the rolling reserve, they just want simple info about you.

no i have not appealed as yet. Am waiting for more experienced amazon sellers or even account creators to possibly guide in this

two of the repliers have more amazon experience than most here.

Both have created amazon accounts for quite some time.

Sorry I thought you had appealed.

Say all your stock that is sold on amazon is held at your premises so ensures speedy delivery.

You know what other markets you sell in not us.

Say you value amazon as an extension to your business and look forward to an excellent trading relationship.

The questions are easy enough for you to reply without getting exactly the info, no?

If not - then perhaps you need to read more around the forum for wonderful wisdom and insight.
